The last year I have thoroughly enjoyed coming here often because the food is actually cheaper per calorie than a majority of fast food as of writing this. Tonight my Family and I ordered the Family Fill Up with the 8 piece tenders. Part of our order was missing and we live about 50 minutes away. I called and talked to Jed, he offered to give us a whole new order in the morning. My family and I appreciate it, but will decline. Please pay it forward to someone else. The employees could care less about how long it takes to prepare your order. They give you no explanation of why it is taking so long and they just stand there doing nothing and staring at you blankly. At least look like you’re busy and clean your dirty restaurant.

Food was cold. Chicken was cold and rubbery. The Mac and cheese was horrible. Must of been bottom of barrel. Very small portion, cold, and cheese was clumpy. Was not eatable. Won’t go back if this is what there quality is. Beyond disappointed!!!!

I ordered the new chicken nuggets, they were gross almost puked. The coating was fine but the chicken texture was like biting into raw chicken. Tough and gross. KFC has gone down hill. Bring back the original chicken nuggets. I will not order food from them again

Horrible customer service. Was told they would have more chicken done in 20 mins, drove home n got back there exactly 20 mins later for her to tell me they were all out again. She found this funny and laughed as I explained what information I was previously given. Waste of time & gas because I was misinformed. It was obviously done in less than 20 for them to ALREADY BE OUT, absolutely disgusting behavior for someone working with people. They could have easily rang up my order and had me wait the 5-10 mins it clearly took. I do not recommend the Division location.
