Everytime I order online, never fails they never include the sauce requested for the salad. I keep coming because the food is good the service not so good. 1 time I ordered 4 burritos and got 4 salads with the receipt on the bowls that said burrito. 4 of them. Yes I got a refund but how out of paying attention are u.

Only had this once in California, so decided to try it out here. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted, the place looked very clean. We ordered within seconds & the quality of the food was amazing. Their chips are a must & great portion. Will definitely be back & if your in the area, definitely visit this place.

I went in and ordered a simple signature burrito and it was like everyone working completely lost their brain cells in that moment. The girl making it kept having to look back and up at the menu because she didn’t even know what was in the burrito. Then I went to pay and the dude tried to charge me for a regular chicken burrito, which is slightly more expensive than the signature one I ordered. I mentioned the price difference to him and he kept telling me I was wrong, so I had to literally point to the price on the menu and he finally changed it. Super bizarre and unprofessional. Burrito was really small too. I’ll go to Chipotle from now on.

The service here was bad since I don’t speak Spanish. I was trying to order a salad, with everything on it since I didn’t know what it usually comes with (I should have checked the options online) and the lady was just looking at me with a blank expression so I repeated “I would like a salad please” again she just stood there…..A salad please…..?…..? Finally, she grabs a plate and puts a tostada shell in a bowl, and starts asking me what I want in it, I replied Adobo grilled chicken, she stares at me with a blank face again and her co-worker comes over and said so you want double chicken? No, I want Adobo grilled chicken, they both keep hearing double chicken again lol. At this point, I’m already frustrated and ready to walk out, so I say regular grilled chicken and they both go Ohh! Ok, now onto the toppings I just went with what they offered me they were pointing at certain things like the beans, rice cheese, queso, and pico. By the time my “salad” was prepared it had no lettuce in it, I never asked for the tostada shell, they never gave me dressing or even mentioned it as an option, I honestly think they just made me a cheesy chicken tostada bowl and it was heavy and disappointing. I still want to try Qdoba’s salad and I hear they have pickled veggies which sounds great so next time I will just order online and save the hassle. I know some small kitchens like this don’t like to hire people outside of their race but you’d be doing yourselves a favor by getting some English-speaking staff in there. This place is always empty and now I could see why. The food was decent but not as good as Cafe Rio, and Places like Cafe Rio always have multicultural staff. Just order online.

Qdoba never disappoints! I feel they should get more publicity as they are far better than chipotle. The portions they give are excellent and best part is getting sour cream and guacamole and no extra cost. I had the brownie which I would suggest to have this option worth walnuts or pecans.

Food is good. But the staff is rude. They don’t greet you. Left me waiting for 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me to take my order. They were all messing around in the kitchen area doing everything BUT working. Great food but lousy rude service. Feel bad for the franchise owner as they are running the place to the ground!!!
