Great place for a sub made with the freshest ingredients you can find. The veggies always crunch, the bread is always soft and perfectly chewy! The owners are great people, too. My only complaint is they’re too humble to ask for a tip on my card, so bring cash if you want to tip!

This is the best sub shop in town. I can see why they won a national award. They always have fresh ingredients and a friendly staff. Their prices are incredibly fair for down town. Say hi to Pete when you go in. I eat here at least once per week. Keep it up Skis!

I work in an office building on Monroe Center and have eaten at many different places for lunch around town. Of all of them I can say with confidence that Ski’s is my favorite. The owner Pete is one of the friendliest people I’ve met and is awesome to talk to when I’m in. The subs are also awesome. While most are fairly simple they somehow manage to pack some incredible flavor and taste. This place has been open for a long time and it’s very clear that they know how to run a business well. If you work downtown or if you’re a college student you’ve got to stop in and give this place a try. It will be the best decision of your day.
