No such thing as drive through anymore apparently. Now they give you a buzzer and tell you to wait in the parking lot for it to buzz ..so you can come in and pick up your own order.

Driver left my food on the porch in the rain although I picked the hand it to me option. and tipped. They also never rang the bell or knocked. I called the store to ask for a manager and a young lady never asked me to hold or anything the. A young man answered. He spoke with slang and seemed young like a eight year old. I told him what happened and his response was literally “ We cand yes cand do nuttin… I responded may I please speak to a manager. A third person came on the line and said she was the store manager. I told her I called about one problem but now I have three. Someone didn’t ask me to hold and the second person was very unprofessional and spoke to me as if he had never attended school and I doubt he was a manager. She said that was her brother he is a manager and told me I was old and need to get education… not an education I responded no you both are definitely related and it shows because you lack education. She said doordash was to blame.

Hello! Today my wife went into one of your locations and purchased a pizza. Upon eating we realized it had mold. When returning back to the store, the young lady did not even apologize she simply ASSUMED I would want another pizza and without uttering a word brought ANOTHER pizza. Surely seeing mold would be reason to get a manager involved I would think. My wife then expressed she would prefer a refund, the young lady again without saying anything handed her a receipt with no explanation. This seems very unsettling and personally as someone who is in the QSR industry, this should be rectified. I appreciate your time

They don’t take your order at the speaker, you have to drive around to the window. And then they give you a remote that buzzes when your food is ready so you have to go park. On this particular day, they weren’t letting people inside, so we had to go through the drive thru again to get our food. The line was drastically long and there was no remorse! Terrible service.

I ordered online 20 minutes prior to arriving. I asked two employees about my order and was ignored by both. Finally i asked a white man wearing a black hoodie about my order, and he was super understanding and gave us an explanation. He asked his coworker about our pizza and she visibly had an attitude about it. Once our pizza was done the young man brought it to the car and apologized for the wait and rudeness of his coworkers. All three stars i rated this place are all for him.

Pizza is never ready , always have to wait. Sometimes pizza and Cheesy bread is overcooked (burnt) ! The employees do not practice safety from COVID ( wearing gloves) and cleaness when preparing the food. This location needs more training in Customer service.
