Excuse the plate, the food was so good I almost forgot to take a picture of it lol but this place is awesome, definitely a go to when staying at the laquinta inn on Fowler. The service is fast and the food is always fresh. And they deliver Great pick for some good ol Chinese food at its best.

I was very unpleased with the service and the food portion. I ordered shrimp and broccoli with rice I was amazed how small the portion of the meal was for the amount of money I paid for it. The rice was not even a pint size but a tiny little container something that child could eat the bowl was small the picture below is not very good because it was still in the bag but I will never order this meal from them again.

I ordered from here before without any issues but last time I did on Jul 13 I got so sick I thought I was going to die. Started with some lower stomach pain, then I vomit so much so many times that the last two times nothing came out. Pain was so bad I couldn’t sleep until I took some medicine but barely got 3 hours of sleep. About less than 24hrs later I was back to normal, haven’t ordered from here again and all I got was some pork or chicken fried rice with chicken wings and an egg roll.

Omg this food is disgusting. The rice is slightly hard. I got white rice and pork fried rice. The meat tastes inappropriate, questionable and dry. Crab Rangoon tastes old. Also the place smells like raid and moldy furniture. I can get cheaper quality Chinese elsewhere either way I gotta take a break from Chinese after this.

Ordered $55 worth of food. The very nice young man comes to my home to deliver and asks to see the card. I don’t have it on me but I memorize my card numbers, he said he’d call his manager to see if he could give me the food without the card present. She said no. He was extremely respectful. I have 3 other debit cards linked to that same account, and I’ve never had this problem before. I called the restaurant to see what options their were and the woman I spoke with was immediately rude to me. Questioning why I wouldn’t have the card on me, that I lied and told her I had the card (she never asked, she just asked if I was paying with card over the phone), and how was she supposed to prove that card was mine. I said I understood their policy but it didn’t make sense seeing as my mother or sister could have called in the order and not be present. She didn’t really care to hear that and just all around was continually rude. I asked when I could expect a refund, she said “a few days”. I said ma’am that’s unacceptable, And she pretty just laughed and hung up on me. I am new to this area and was excited to try a new place. I understand the policy and would have had no problem calling back and paying AGAIN with a second card that I have on hand but she didn’t even give me the chance to offer that solution. She immediately began accusing me of having a stolen credit card. It’s unfortunate really. My entire one star review and negative thoughts about this place are solely based off of this one woman’s horrible customer service skills.

So we just spent $50 here. I usually love this place because their food is good, but the service is always rude. I look past it since I like their food; but this time we ate and very soon after eating 2/4 of us (the ones who are the lo mein) things started “coming out of both ends” if you will. It hasn’t stopped and we were absolutely fine before eating. I called to let them know and they told me that everything was fresh today and that anything food related takes 12-24 hours to start. Excuse me, but if your stomach doesn’t agree with something it doesn’t wait until AFTER digestion which takes 8 hours. I told him I just simply wanted him to know as I didn’t want other people to get sick. He said thanks.

I’ve been ordering here for years, but tonight it was awful. I called and complained but she said I didn’t order correctly. Instead of getting my usual of Shrimp with Lobster Sauce combo dinner, I got white rice with a separate order of the entree and it was luke eating soup. I think I’m done with this with this place. I called but they didn’t seem to care if I was satisfied or not!
