Where is cannot explain the flavor that is coming out of this meal. Everything has is own wonderful taste ! I don’t know if this is a Jamaican restaurant, but no place in the city of Akron Ohio can make oxtails better than the ones that I just had today. Not even my own mama.! 10/10 I love it thanks again

The food was horrible. I ordered the oxtails and jerk chicken. The jerk chicken was shredded chicken. Was not expecting that. The Mac & cheese was good . The yams were crunchy !! Disgusting . The oxtails were so big & hard and also we waited an hour for our food for it to be cold !! Never again

Ok…. First time trying Flavor Grille spent 25$ and tbh I mainly wanted the Philly cheese sandwich decided to try more just to support. & My sandwich was very soggy which I hate with a passion.. I was shorted a wing so I paid 6 something for 5 wings…10 bucks for a half container of loaded chicken fries… Now don’t get me wrong I understand the aspect of business but this isn’t acceptable. I’m a bit disappointed to say the least.

I’m posting this for my daughter who had food delivered yesterday by Door Dash. The food was terrible and she became ill after trying to eat it. She tried calling your restaurant even today to complain but you refused to answer the phone. She will never order your food nor use Door Dash again. Very poor business.

Their food is usually good, but the attitude of whatever man just answered the phone was terrible. We’re driving trying to place an order and he kept saying look at the menu. Obviously we couldn’t. This is why I hate trying to support our black businesses, all you had to do was answer a couple questions.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS, you can get lucky and your food might actually be ready on time, however don’t expect that ever, you will be disappointed, if you do! Food, is also hit or miss and if you have to wait longer than told probably going to taste like trash. I would not waste your time with this place, customer service I would have to do a whole other review because there is really none! You choose to come to there restaurant and they mess up consistently, still is customers problem, deal with it. I feel the five star reviews are lies, or someone came in one time and hit the jackpot!
