Yen Ching used to be a place where great food is the norm. This is no longer true. I threw away most of a $30 meal. The orange chicken was okay but many pieces of tough chewy chicken ruined the taste. The white rice also had brown rice mixed in. The vegetable rolls had a thick chewy outer crust with what looked like old cabbage.inside. One bite and I threw all 3 rolls in the trash. Will not be ordering again. The quality is poor and the price too expensive.

Sorry to say it was the worst we have ever had. We called to let them know the issue but the man just kept saying he had talked to the “packer” and she said it was right. We could hear her screaming in the background.

Our entire family enjoyed their meals: Sesame Beef, Cashew Chicken, Orange Shrimp, Kung Pau Shrimp, and Hot and Sour soup. The service was excellent. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, zero stars. low quality food- chewy/hard general tso chicken, oil dripping from egg roll, hard broccoli, unhappy vibe- looking at everyone angrily. They are definitely not baby/kid friendly. Told family to ‘make sure your baby does not cry or loud’ like babies can just be turned off when they fuss or cry. Also, they treated me like a criminal and followed me outside when I told them I have to get my wallet from car. (I left it in different purse) I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I’ve been coming here for years because the beef with broccoli is amazing but recently they have raised the prices and are giving smaller portions. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be able to support this place anymore I just can’t justify the price for the amount of food I’m getting. The container used to come full but now it comes 3/4 and cost me $20. not even enough to share with my wife.

Horrible experience. First, they don’t have black bean sauce. I mean, every Chinese restaurant has that. Second, they did not complete our order and forgot to give us credit like they promised. Third, we had to wait for an hour to get our food to go. Fourth, customer service was not the best. Definitely not going back.
