Ordered online through the app as usual. Pepperoni lovers, cheese bread, chicken Alfredo and a Pepsi. Very small pepperoni pieces and hardly any cheese. And our bread was in someone else’s bag. They explained they were out of pepperoni and could not give me a refund… it has to be done on the app. The app says refunds have to be done in store. Call the manager Ronald. … after explaining to him what happened… he put me on hold for over 5 minutes… called back… for him to answer and put me on hold for over 5 minutes 3 more times. I just wanted the additional $4 back they charged me for the extra pepperoni. I went to the store and bought pepperoni to add to the pizza. If I could give a 0 I would.

They messed up my order two times in a row. I ordered pizza with extra Bacon on it. It has no Bacon at all. When I called o 1/22/2023 at 6:37pm a girl who call herself Diamond who says she’s the Manager said “just because you asked for extra Bacon on it doesn’t mean that they put much Bacon on it. The last time they gave me the wrong pizzas as well she said she can give me a store credit of $10.00 for a $42.00 order. I explained to her that doesn’t feed the kids tonight. They don’t understand what an impact they make when everyone in a family doesn’t get to eat! A store credit doesn’t get it! They should be ashamed of themselves! The picture below is what they are calling extra Bacon…do you see any Bacon. I order from here often I know what it’s supposed to look like. I won’t be ordering again!

Pizza Hut was very delicious I got a large pizza with three toppings it was nice and hot nice and fresh the service was wonderful the lady at the establishment was very pleasant very helpful and very nice I enjoyed my pizza and I will be going there once again

Unsanitary. Order took two hours and said on the way, had to call in. They had no drivers. I went there in person to pick it up. No one had gloves, took a long time to fix my order to give to me. The girl at the front was unprofessional. Touched all boxes with no gloves in front and back. I do not recommend this Pizza Hut at all. My food was not fresh.

On Sunday July 9th I order at 1:15 they did not get the order until a hour later. Now you are a hour behind and then the driver got lost I finally got my order 3 hours late. I called corporate they said it was going to take 6 days to get back with me but the manager Jamerson called today and refunded my order. Jamers Thanks!

I only came here for convenience only to always get the opposite. They always get my order wrong ,never knows what’s going on around them & instead of helping come to a solution they tell you what meant to order blasé blasé . I was charged 20$ for a so called 10$ pizza .(I added two toppings) only to get some dried up cheese pizza that I couldn’t bring back ! Then after explaining my situation he just paused and said OKAY? like what ? This location is unprofessional and GHETTO I Won’t be back to this location . Thanks Ron.

If I can leave zero stars I would…. My dam pizza was 3 hours late and it was cold… I called the next morning because it was so late, spoke to a manager she said she couldn’t do a refund but a store credit; ok fine couple weeks go by I called to order pizza and they would not honor the store credit the heffa ain’t even out it in the system!
