10 happy years coming to the location on Redwood and 10400 until today. Asked for a bowl of pepper angus and chowmein, got 7 pieces of beef and enough chow mein to fill the bowl to 3/4 way. There was maybe a spoonful of angus beef left in their serving bowl so I kindly suggested that they give me more beef. The cashier said they have measured portions…I just said, I should know after 10 years going there, and firsr time they’ve under served me so poorly.

Main complaint is customer service…… I order super greens and pepper steak to try to be healthy. About 50% of the time get poor attitudes from the employees because they never have it ready and have yo make more. I dont mind waiting but drop the attitude please.

My family and I went to dine in at this location mind you we go to this location all the time it’s literally next to our house customer service is always awesome but today April 7 2023 at 2:50pm the girl that was serving us was really rude no customer service’s at all mostly all the entrees was empty so when we ask were ready to order she gave us nothing but veggies no meat and 3 choices to choose from we ask her we will wait for the new batches of food she gave us attitude and said that’s all we have I will never go back here ever again

It would be nice to order the dishes I enjoy at Panda Express and I know it’s getting close to closing time BUT there was literally NOTHING to choose from and when I asked if they can make something in a smaller amount I was told they ran out…… Funny, it seems they ran out of EVERY dish possible!

Hands down the WORST Panda location I have ever been too. They were out of half of their items, Items were mislabeled and in the wrong area. There was a line out the door and only 3 tables seated and the line was incredibly slow. I have never seen that at Panda Express, Ever. After paying for our order I noticed they didn’t carry the signature Panda Express China Mist Tea. WTH! As they were so busy I just took my empty cup to my table and decides to wait for the line to die down, it never did. I finally went up to stand by the end of the line so I could ask about the tea. After being ignored for 8 minutes I gave up. Restuarant was not very clean either. The food was good, even though there were very few choices. You could tell there was just piss poor management at this location.

Food wasn’t ready when it said it would be. Got home with food only to find out it was totally undercooked. Vegetables were raw, threw meat away because worried about being done, won tons we’re cold. Extremely dissappointed and this isnt the first time.

Ordered from this panda TWICE via doordash and the first time I ordered a plate and a large alacart, they got the alacart wrong. The second time, which is today, also ordered through doordash a plate and a small alacart, they gave me burnt teriyaki chicken pieces and i requested sauce to be on the side and they put the sauce on the chicken. At least doordash took care of it. This is the worst panda express location i’ve ever ordered from.
