Decided to check out 3-1-fried and it did not disappoint! It’s a shared location with limp lizard and you have the option to get that or the chicken sandwiches for 3-1-fried. I had the spicy chicken sandwich! If your looking for an amazing flavorful chicken sandwich this is the place! Outdoor seating is also really nice in the summer!

Best fried chicken sandwich in CNY hands down, and one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. Huge portion of chicken, cooked perfectly; crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! Love the different options on the menu – sometimes I want the classic, and sometimes I want a Chucks Hot Honey to spice things up! Multiple options to order including dine-in, delivery, and online ordering make it super convenient. We also look forward to hearing their specials because they’re always fun and tasty! Our favorite so far was the elote special. 3-1-Fried is definitely a favorite spot of ours and we highly recommend checking them out.

This is fat kid approved. Seriously the loaded tots are absolutely amazing.the staff is super friendly. Don’t flinch at the price, you get what you pay for.so so so damn good. Definitely will be making this a regular lunch.

Ordered take-out based on some amazing reviews. The chicken on each sandwich was fantastic. But the tots on the side were difficult to enjoy as they were sort of chopped up? And there was far too much seasoning salt; even for someone like me who loves salty or spicy foods. Would order again but just the sandwiches by themselves; skip the tots. 3-1-fried sauce is spicy for all you mild eaters out there.

Don’t eat here! Would absolutely give negative stars if I could. How in the actual heck is this place almost 5 stars Was worse than fast food, just WAY over seasoned and greasy. The chicken cutlets were literally the size of a McChicken. The tater tots were so over seasoned and greasy that they were inedible. The tenders were dark brown almost burnt. Fast food is better so save your money and time, at least you’ll already expect the food to be cold and gross and you’ll be saving time waiting to pick up your terrible food! Also dear god… you even tip these guys well just being hopeful that they will care a little more and your food is all still cold. I walked in the exact minute it said my order would be ready and the food was ready waiting on the counter, I literally live 1 minute away and the food was all completely cold when I we opened up. So go get yourself cold fast food cheaper and faster! Also let’s not forget the most important part, it’s 100% inside limp lizard, grabbing your food from the same restaurant in the same kitchen? I just have no idea how this location is still open! Im so confused, I’ve randomly continued to order every now and then being optimistic cause obviously it’s still open for some reason and it’s just always consistently gross. So ending rant with the fact my child has been projectile vomiting all night. This started roughly 1.5 hours after dinner tonight from 3-1 fried, my husbands currently holding him in bed right now because his belly hurts so bad. Would rather drive 15 miles in a white out for some fast food over ever eating here again.

Hot honey chicken sandwich is where it’s at. Lots of flavor in the sauce covering the chicken without being soggy, right amount of heat versus sweet. And you can’t go wrong with seasoned tots(especially with a side of 3-1-Fried sauce to dip them in).

Just great stuff! The loaded tater tots are dumb good. Can’t stop thinking about them! This restaurant operates within Limp Lizard Cantina and there are a few tables indoors and out front. It’s nice! They even serve alcohol.

The owner’s other professional social media account and podcast really speaks negatively to other Syracuse restaurants and Syracuse generally. Instead of just celebrating the places worth celebrating, he describes items as being the worst of something. Also says he loves Rochester way more than Syracuse. This is all couched in the appearance of neutrally reviewing his own restaurant 3-1-5Fried which is average on its best days, having tried the food multiple times. It’s incredibly difficult to support a look business that seeks to bring down others publicly that exist in the same competition base. Per form, average food, and really problematic distaste for the market he does nothing but tries to extract as much money as possible out of. Pass on 3-1-Fried and literally try any other local business.

Decided to try the 3 1 fried chicken Sammie with the tots. Talk about drowning in sauce. Waaay too much sauce. The bun was soaked and gooey. Falling apart. Not appealing at all. After sloughing off enough sauce and trashing the bun, the chicken cutlet was tasty and well cooked. My hubby’s sandwich was hair free, however I was honored with a decent sized kinky gray hair in mine. The tots.. well nothing special. Didn’t expect much. We don’t eat out much. But had heard good things. Probably won’t be back.
