Placed an order at 8:30 the email said it will be ready 8:45pm. I get there at 9, and they tell me it’ll be extra time because they didn’t make the pasta that came with my order. So on top of me giving them extra time already to prepare my Food and have it ready, I get there and have to wait an additional 30-45 minutes for them to cook what should’ve already been prepared. And all they give you is a half hearted apology. I knew I should’ve ordered from somewhere else. And this place smells stale.

Ordered pizza it was cold by the time it got to my house. The text said it would arrive at 1: 16 pm it got here at 1:45. I live 1/8 of a mile from PizzaHut. The address they gave door dash the numbers were reversed. It was so cold and greasy. Pure nasty. The person who paid for it was Kenneth.

Horrible I waited over 2 hours for my order. Then the manager said that she would give me a credit towards my next order which I didn’t think I was going to ever need because I never order from Pizza Hut. One day I decided to use the credit since I had it I called the restaurant and they said I no longer had the credit it was reversed by the head manager. I understand you’re busy and they have a lot of orders but be honest if it’s gonna take two hours don’t tell me it’s only gonna take 20 minutes
