I didn’t request contactless delivery but the driver left my pizza boxes on the floor and left without knocking the door. However I was tracking my pizza whole time until it says delivered. Pizza was already damaged by some animals or birds and the rude manager will issue a refund.

Great team of people, order was fast and delicious, but the abundant smell from nail salon next door made my stomach turn. I do not know how the staff is able to withstand such toxic environment. Air scrubbers need ASAP.

Employees had fist fights in the store and the store was left with one employee only. Already had ordered the food for only $35 and now the wait is for almost two hours. The door was closed to the public during business hours. What kind of establishment closes its door to the public. This location should be closed for bad service, being straight up ghetto, and does not provide any benefit for the community. Close this location immediately. Look at the 2.8 rating already…..find a better location. Never got my food or refund. Just a waste of time.

Very little meat in my papadia. I’ve ordered from other ppj locations and this was the worst with the amount of meat and cheese. Never coming back here. And hire more people friendly managers. She wasn’t rude to me, but very rude to her coworkers!

Gianna was extremely unprofessional and rude. We placed and order online prior to coming into the store for pick up. She mispronounced the name on the order and told us it would be an additional 30 mins so we came back in 30 mins which was a lie. I asked her why she said 30 mins and she batted her eyes saying she doesn’t recall what she said. She bobbed her head around like a chicken and told us we can get fu%k out of the store. When we asked for her name she shouted her name and another worker told her to get the fu%k in the back of the store. It took the General Manager a few mins to come to try to fix the issue but the response time was unacceptable for the service we received. We will not be patronizing this establishment.

“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE” we ordered one pizza we received the wrong one, and then calling them took 20 minutes to get thru to someone. The second pizza was delivered a 1 hour and a half later. The quality seals were not holding the box closed. Looking now at the reviews which are mostly negative I should of read them first. I would of not had to experience this frustrating situation.

Ordered 8 pizzas for delivery AND pre-paid $30 tip for a 5min drive from the store. Placed the order 4 hours in advance. Called when it was 20mins late & was told “can’t give you ETA..it’s super bowl”. Umm what?! Of course you’ll have more orders on Super Bowl – PLAN for that and execute accordingly. Drove over to get my order that was just sitting there with apparently no worker motivated for a $30 tip – going to make sure to get my refund on that & never order from this location again.

Zero stars (but I had to put one)! Called to order and was told 45 minutes. Nearly 1.5 hours later- nothing has arrived. Spoke to a person that said they were the general manager. They were short and rude with me. This “manager” would place me on hold without even saying anything. When I called back to check on the status of my order, he put me on hold for 10 minutes before answering. When placing my order-I told him where to send the order and he did not confirm an address. He then said he sent it to another address when I called back. When I said- “I told you the name of the school, and you didn’t ask for the address.” He replied “I don’t have the address to schools memorized.” Surely he doesn’t but he could have CONFIRMED the address. Then he said “I only have one driver, so it takes a while.” While I understand the restaurant may be understaffed- it’s best to be HONEST with customers about the delivery time. The “manager” ended the conversation by saying “oh, the driver just pulled up- it’s going to be 15 minutes OKAY!” and then proceeded to HANG up the phone. No apologies, no patience. I will not be ordering from this location again. There are 4 other Papa John’s in the area. You would think that this location would work hard to to stand out. Very disappointed.
