Reasonable price. The portion size is good. The salad is mainly iceberg Lettuce. The chicken wings are breaded and not much flavor. The hamburger is good, and you can double the meat for $3. They do have wine and ice cream. Outdoor seating, which was helpful to avoid the flies. Flies are bad everywhere.

I work in Keystone. This place is a good place to go to get a beer and a burger. The guy behind the counter remembered me after the second time I went. They have buffalo burgers too. It’s definitely a great place for a casual meal.

Halleys West is a great place for a good-old-fashioned burger. I got mine with cheese and bacon and it was delicious. Fries are great as well. The owner had over charged me and came back and gave me the difference. Really nice guy and good food near Mount Rushmore. What more could you ask for in a burger joint. Eat Up.

Great little spot with the hardest working guy we saw all of our trip! Perfectly cooked buffalo burger with the most delicious root beer we have ever had! Table space is small inside 3 booths?, we didn’t want to fight the flies dining outside.
