It seems nothing has changed since the place opened up they still can’t get orders right and they don’t take pride in the prep of the food. I’m not sure what management is doing but if your employees are not living up to standards then you need to retrain them or part ways with them. But it seems no matter how much ppl have complained about orders being messed up or the lack of pride taken in the prep of the food nothing has ever changed. I know I’ll just receive some type of automated generic response saying “I’m sorry your not satisfied with your service please call this number (###)###-#### and leave your concern with them. Maybe I should maybe if we all did this the location would be forced to do better.

I went to the Godley Sonic drive thru ordered 9 corn dogs, 2 small tots, 1 large total, a side of chili and a side of cheese. They gave me only two bags with my food in it. When I got home the tots were missing. I tried calling several times to get ahold of the store and nobody answered. The order was over $30 and I didn’t even get everything. Definitely not returning to this store again.

I try to avoid this one simply because they are slow as molasses on a cold Montana day. It takes forever to get you food and 85% of the time it’s wrong. The jalapeno peppers are amazing though when cooked correctly, this again is a hit or miss thing. There is one person there that is always friendly and on his game. His name is Alex, I think. His friendliness overpowers the sonic suck for me.

Edit to add I’m pregnant right now and food is life. So I actually drove back up there to have them remake it. I feel like a Karen but pregnancy cravings you know. The young girl working the front that fixed it was very sweet. This is probably way more on the cooks and manager.

This is the meat ultimate burrito. It’s about the same size as the hot sauce packet all tortilla and next to zero filling. Not worth money this is the second one I’ve had like this. Asked for 5 creams and sugar got 3 instead. I wont be back.

I keep trying to give this place a chance and it continues to fail me. Today I sat in the drive thru and nobody answered then drove up to the window and nobody came and the people inside just looked at me. I finally just drove off disappointed again. This has got to be one of the worst fast food establishments I have ever been to.

My husband and I got two burgers and fries. The burgers were not warm at all and the fries looked very old and tasted stale. Over the last few months we’ve tried a few times to eat here but unfortunately they don’t take much effort when it comes to making sure the food is fresh. It seriously seems like they cook in the morning and leave it under warmers all day to dry out. Could have potential to be successful with only two fast food places in town.
