We came in for national ice cream cake day. The size we wanted wasn’t in the refrigerator. We asked if they had one in back possibly, and within ten minutes, we received a beautifully decorated Yummy cake. Super friendly and wonderful service from the employees.

I ordered 4 chili dogs with extra onions and a large fry. I also tried to order a kids meal the girl could not understand what I wanted. Got home there was only three chili dogs that had cheese on them which I did not order. They were supposed to be 2 a $6.00 I got charged 3.99 per hotdog. Terrible will never go back. It wouldn’t let me post unless I put a star on each one. However I didn’t want to choose any stars.

Dining room open now. They took some chairs down after I took the pictures.. Friendly employees and good service. However, the last time I went, it took about 30 minutes to get a grilled chicken sandwich because they grill them to order. It just took an extremely long time compared to usual.

I came in with an order of 16 sundaes and lunch items for my students. The staff was very accomodating, efficient, and friendly. They also waited until the end of the order to add the hot fudge and caramel so the ice cream wouldn’t melt which I appreciated so much. When the order was complete, they even helped me to my car with the boxes of food and ice cream.

I am amazed at the welcoming environment at the Dairy Queen on Hwy 29. The employees are so courteous and the management staff are exceptional. The food is always fresh to order and never disappoint, they are the best restaurant that Hwy 29 has. Hands down!!

The whipped cream at DQ tastes horrible. I always order shakes without whipped cream. When I received my shake today it had whipped cream on top so I sent it back. They gave it back to me almost immediately. I could tell that they simply reblended the whipped cream into the shake so that I couldn’t see it. I tasted it to confirm, it was disgusting. Had to force them make a new shake for me. This was ridiculous.

Bought a banana shake last night. The person obviously didn’t know how to use the milkshake machine. When I drank the shake, it had very little taste. When I got to the bottom, all the bananas were there, unblended. Please train your staff.
