If you have to use the restroom DON’T GO AND EAT HERE! Everyone that comes to this location knows the line is always long. Today I was just going to use the restroom first before I purchased my order, due to the long line, and I really had to go. So I went to the cashier and let her know I was going to purchase my order but I really needed to use the restroom first. She literally said no as if I was going to let a ton of these people come in the restroom with me. Restroom rules are ridiculous and they only have one stall. Don’t waist your money if you need to use it even if your a paying customers they still treat you horrible, you would think the restroom has free snacks and samples the way the act over the one stall! Poor Customer service!

Terribly slow service. We were the only customers in the building and it took more than 15 minutes to get our food and the employees were having a personal conversation and didn’t acknowledge when our sandwich came out of the oven. Would not return to this location despite the food being generally good.

I’m in love with their apple Walnut salad! One of the days I went Jamari and Justin were there and they did amazing. They hadn’t had a break because people kept coming in and maybe they were short staffed. Yet they serviced everyone very well. I expressed my thanks for them still treating the customer with care and kindness! I know how I feel when I haven’t had a break. They didn’t take it out on the customer! They need a raise, because good customer service gained a repeat customer.

Called ahead and still had to wait at least 10 minutes to get my order. People who walked were getting their stuff before me. Completely defeats the point of ordering ahead. And the cashier was not apologetic at all. She obviously didn’t care. Lackluster customer service, will not return.
