Spent $30 on TWO burgers just to throw up my blackbean burger 5hrs after i ate it on 4.15.23, anyone else? My crispy chicken sandwich bread is looking suspect. i have pictures if necessary. Was not expecting this type of trifling activity for a $10 sandwich!

Burger was OK. The service was good – the cashier warned us before we ordered, that due to lots of online orders, we should expect our burgers to take about 30 minutes. They brought them to our table when they were ready, instead of calling us in, since we were outside. Very nice! I like the fenced in patio tables only accessible from the restaurant.

The restaurant was clean the last time I went in there, not that many people, so I was quick to get served. Cashier was not friendly. A bigger problem I notice is with the food. It is very evident to me that the meat is not cooked to order, almost like it was cooked earlier in the day, to serve throughout the day, and that impacts the freshness, the juiciness, the flavors of that burger, so I won’t be returning. It’s a shame but there’s a reason why when you compare this burger restaurant to others, this does not match in the size and scope of their reach- and that’s quality. Premium burgers from Wendy beat this place, no question.

I was craving a burger and they definitely delivered ! I’ve passed this place many times but today I decided it was time to try it ! I ordered the double avocado bacon burger and it knocked it out of the park for me! I’m not huge on burgers and this one has for made an impression. To have a juicy and flavorful burger accompanied by some Smash fries that were perfectly seasoned !!!! It was a smash for sure and I will absolutely be returning !

Really good burgers!!! The sear and seasoning on the burgers really set them apart. Lots of gourmet toppings and specialty burgers. I recommend the Colorado burger. Chicken sandwiches available, and they have salads too. The “Smash” fries/tots (seasoned with rosemary & garlic) are worth it, as are the crispy fried brussel sprouts and haystack fried onions. Haagen Daz ice cream shakes can’t be beat!

Wasn’t busy when I went in. There was as always no parking in front. The guy behind the counter took awhile to acknowledge us. Then seemed to have no idea what he was doing and had to keep lraving the register to ask the cook. He informed us that “regular fries were out like 6 hours ago”. Surprisingly for a burger shop, but the smash fries and sweet fries were in stock. I ordered no tomatoes on my burger,y wife did not but her burger had no tomatoes on the order, and both had no smash sauce. The store was dirty with food and trash. When I go my food I realized he had not asked if I wanted to eat in or take away. But by that time I just wanted to leave. They called my name and my food was bagged in to bags. I asked about my milkshake and was told he would make it. Still waiting as I watch my ice cream melt. There is not enough employees for the amount of people that came in I guess. The cashier is supposed to make the milkshake.

I set up and held a Donation Drive for the organization, So What Else. The staff at Smashburger were very helpful and accommodating!! Great atmosphere and great food!! I live in Annapolis but it’ll be well worth the drive to go back again!
