I unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. I understand it’s the nuggets game tonight and they were busy but it took them an hour to even prep my food after ordering it, and it took 30 minutes after that for it to be delivered. On top of that, I received the wrong order. I ordered Alfredo pasta with spinach and tomato and received this. Thankfully I called and they made it right and redelivered but I ended up waiting two hours just for food. I shouldn’t have had to wait until almost 11pm just to eat dinner. Thank you for the efforts but please double check your orders next time before sending them out. On a side note, the two staff that I talked to on the phone were very nice, apologetic and understanding. I did really appreciate that.

Overall food was fine. We order dominos about once a month and it’s generally the same. SUPER GREASY. Leaked all over the front seat of the car from both boxes we ordered. Making a mess in my car and kitchen counter. We ordered at 9:42, picked up at 10:06, got home at 10:08. Great timing and quickly got home so it wasn’t a long drive and was given to me extremely greasy. There needs to be something done with how greasy the pizzas are. Both were just pepperoni pizzas and yes I understand that pepperoni is greasy but if you order from anywhere else it is never like this. Pizza Hut, papa Johns, little Caesars. Etc.

They’re pizza and other food items are really good but I just can’t give them a five star. Told the Hamden and tower store that I received the wrong order and he hung up on me. So I called back, he answered, I said “Please sir can you please fix my order, and he hung up on me again. So go to Quincy store they are way chill, and way better at their Quincy ave store is the best Dominoes to go to in the Aurora, CO. Area.

Seriously I ordered a pasta bowl with Alfredo sauce it gets delivered with no sauce at all. I call to complain and they hang up on me. Rude and it sounds like they are not unorganized and unprofessional manager never got on phone just kept telling different people what to say.

Thank you for an AWESOME dinner! Ive always been able to trust Domino’s to deliver hot food but this is the first time I’ve ordered from the location on Chambers. I had to call and tell them how excellent our pizzas we’re. Light puffy crust topped with delicious sauces and fresh ingredients. Awesome service… I should have tipped more honestly. Thanks so much! Check out the pics! Going…going…GONE! Update… We ordered again… They took my order then closed the store for the night. My kids are like…why did they do that? Good question.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would! Bobby the GM is a real piece of work! We ordered two pizzas and after over an hour the tracker showed delivered. Nothing was delivered. We then called. The employee told us that it was on the way. After an hour and a half – nothing. We then called back and spoke to Bobby. He actually accused us of us of falsely calling in pizzas to get a refund!! WHAT! Then he accused of stalking someone’s girlfriend!! I don’t know who you think you are, but you sound and act worse than a high school punk! All we wanted was our pizzas to be delivered in a reasonable time. Not being verbally abused on the phone making false accusations! Why is a person of such low class managing a store? I will be calling corporate next. This place is awful! This guy needs to learn manners and respect. All Bobby had to do is apologize and refund the money! Simple!!!!!
