The location is good, it has a plenty of parking space around it (shared with other locations downtown) and parking is free. The food looked good, I had a milkshake which was wonderful. My complaint was that the seat was very sticky, and the tabletop felt as though it had only ever been run over with a damp cloth. Unfortunately that was pretty off-putting. The ordering system, whilst it was not very busy there, was confusing, and pick up and pay seemed to be almost on top of one another, and did not lend itself to a good flow.

The sign on the door says best burgers in town and I definitely think they got that one right. You order your burgers and sides seperatly. The fry and onion ring basket was amazing and the avocado bacon burger was excellent with a delicious patty. The atmosphere inside is very relaxed with lots of seating and there is a good amount of sidewalk seating.

Burgers and fries are pretty consistently good. The customer service is spotty. I have had great experiences and very bad experiences. I dinged them for atmosphere because tables are sometimes sticky and it is usually cold inside.
