Cute spot. Went in the evening a little after 9pm. Music was playing and shortly after we arrived the lights went low and party lights came on. The music was good and lighting was a cool vibe. The staff was polite. We however had to find out server twice throughout our meal to get assistance (water/ ranch and the check). The waitress staff was patient with our questions and the bartender was very cheerful when she came to help. I enjoyed the chicken empanada. I ordered the salmon al mango. My meal wasn’t hot. It may have been sitting awhile before i got it. I didn’t complain. It looked beautiful. Taste was decent. A few minor things but overall a good experience.

This is such a great place to eat and just vibe, very eclectic. Being from Texas and speaking very little Spanish, the lady at the front and the owner took time with me and made me feel like I was home, like if I was in my Auntie’s kitchen eating good food and having a ton of good fun. The service was fast and friendly. Very welcoming. There wasn’t much of a wait at 7pm. I ordered the red snapper. I love fish. The presentation was great. The fish was well seasoned but without sauce it was a lil dry. There was no dressing for the salad either. The small lemonade was $4. The food was good. Will come again. I’ll try the chicken next time.

Great authentic Dominican food! I ordered the beef empanadas, calamari, skirt steak w/shrimp and salmon w/yellow rice. The was seasoned well and very flavorful. The empanadas were amazing… all stuffed and crispy. This is worth a repeat.

Gave this place a try based off of the reviews… And i was soooo disappointed…I wanted to cry because I was hungry and couldn’t even eat this stuff…order the Pechuga A La Plancha which was supposed to be marinated Chicken.. it was beyond dry.. and not very seasoned.. they topped it with a spoon of salsa.. the empanadas LOOKED delicious and were fully and stuffed with meat… It was supposed to be steak but turns out it was unseasoned ground beef… It tasted like grease and ground beef.. the crust was nice and crispy.. but no seasons at all it was hard to eat… I was expecting lots of season and maybe peppers something… The chicken empanada was dry and unseasoned..maybe it was a bad day.. but they seem like they have potential.. I would give them another try in the future.. if they just use some season spice it up and not over cook it they would be a 5 star

Food is delicious and always fresh. Costumer service is great. The minute you walk in they greet you, seat you and from there all goes smooth from the waiters being knowledgeable and very courteous to the food tasting amazing. I recommend this place to anyone coming or living in Delaware. My favorite is the Mofongo with Shrimp but everything I have eaten as been delicious and flavorful.
