Horrible quality 1st time the family decided to have dinner from our local Kung Food Restaurant expecting a delicious meal quickly turned into a dinner full of disappointment peppered chicken was more like burnt seasoning on boiled slimed chicken all other items seemed like they had been covered in same slimy very unpleasant substance I am never one to post or rate a restaurant but this was a total waste of money the whole family took one taste and decided to toss this whole order away. If you are seeking authentic quality food I suggest not starting here for that. I’m just shocked how a restaurant can send out food like this

Arrived at 11:02am, two other customers were standing in front waiting for them to open. The guy unlocks the door. I walk in behind the gentleman and he says go ahead of me, the same guy who unlocked the door says to me, “How can I help you?” I proceed to order and I’m rudely interrupted with him saying I’m not ready to take your order. He starts counting the monies in the till k my with no rush, just taking his time. After waiting for what seemed to be too long the other gentleman looks at me, puts the menu down, and walks out. I’m new to the area so I asked a few questions at first the guy seemed bothered when I asked how long they’d been in business. His response was, “Before I started working here”

What a disappointment this place was.The fried chicken in the picture is apparently their idea of “seasme chicken”. Who thinks this is seasme chicken?? I just wanted good old fashioned Chinese takeout but what I got was everything deep fried in a gross tempura breading while the meat inside was mushy, couldn’t tell if the eggroll was supposed to be chicken or pork or both and the pork fried rice was blah. The fact that this place has 4 stars is extremely misleading and people thinking this place is good has apparently lost their sense of taste and/or smell.

Started a new job out in the St Johns area and was looking for a good Chinese spot. Tried this place today and though it doesn’t look like much from the outside, inside pretty nice. I ordered Gen. Glad I was introduced to this place. The place is clean and well laid out. It’s really kind of a hidden gem. Everything I’ve ever had here has been very good, if not great. My meal today was honey walnut chicken(highly recommend btw)…that stuff is good. The prices haven’t gone through the roof yet,,it’s not tacobell cheap but the price is fair. Never seen it very busy at least at lunchtime there so always seems to be room for diners.

Ordered the mapo tofu. The photo they have online looks so good with red sources. This one I got looks totally different. Had 2 bits can’t make myself to eat more. Totally waste money.
