I ordered their Menudo which consisted of tripe, hominy, and pata(pigs feet). The broth was super flavorful which, made the overall soup delicious. I have tried many menudos and this place ranks in my top 3 places of best menudos. The tripes was cooked perfectly tender; making them less chewy. The hominy corn is cooked well and it absorbs the flavorful soup broth. The toppings on the sides such as the chopped onions, cilantro, limes and chili oil adds another depth of flavor to the soup. The menudo came with fresh hand made tortillas which was delicious.

This is a cozy spot with a nice vibe for the lunch crowd. They had a good spicy michelada and beer selection. Will be back some time again. Does this place cater? It could definitely do the food for events. This is one of the really nice local spots for delicious Mexican food. This would be a good spot for a work break lunch or a family dinner.

We when there for a birthday party but the first impressions was bad we received the chips and Salsa and the salsa was already damaged taste very sour and smelling bad when they ask me if I am ready to order I am really don’t want it because how can I trust them that the rest of the food is going to be ok and besides that they should be checking the temperature and taste the salsas because was very embarrassed when I have to told the waitress that if they have a different salsa because that one was bad she give that look and answer in the rude way!
