I gave service one star because this is the second time I’ve gotten home and my order is wrong. I ordered 8 count family meal and received only 6 pieces. This doesn’t work when each person needs two pieces of chicken. Also, this isn’t cheap! They also don’t answer the phone. The employees are friendly enough. Even though you shouldn’t have to, check your order before you leave! Publix has great fried chicken and it’s conveniently located.

Had 4 pieces chicken plus biscuits and Cole slaw. Biscuit tasted like fish oil so I asked for a replacement. 2nd one also tasted like fish. The chic pieces were small for a $14 meal. Staff was friendly. Table was clean. Not a good value. It was at a TA truck stop near I 95. I feel sorry for truckers who don’t have options.

Food is great. People in kitchen are great. But the cashier has attitude. He takes your order but then wispers spicy or mild chicken and expects you to hear him. Then gives nasty vibes. Just dont work as a cashier if you cant properly welcome and speak to a customer.

The lady at the front had a really nasty attitude out of nowhere because I asked for a lemonade and she raised her voice and said in a nasty tone “we don’t have any” which there weren’t any signs saying they were out so how was I suppose to know? She rolled her eyes at me when I went back and asked for my food that they forgot. The lady had a horrible attitude she may need to retire. The man packing the food had a great smile and great attitude and he was very helpful. I honestly feel bad that he has to share the same work environment with someone like that.

The woman working the counter had me repeat my order and still got it incorrect. I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich. I got a fried chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon. She also was having a conversation with a coworker instead of taking customers orders while there was a long line. When I finally got my food, it was burnt and not presented nicely at all. But I was hungry and in a rush so I ate it. I would not come back here.

3 restaurants share these soda fountains. Subway, Pizza Hut, and Popeyes. That means all 3 restaurants and ALLLLLLLL their workers have not cleaned the drip trays in several days/weeks of this mold
