It has been several years since I ordered Pizza Hut pizza. I used to buy their pizzas often. I quit buying their pizzas because they stared reducing the amount of topping they put on their pizzas. It got so bad I just quit buying them. Any other pizza brand was much better. I decided to order their new Cheesesteak pizza, but the lack of topping problem not only has NOT improved but actually gotten worse.

Pizza Hut is officially done for me. When I order Hawaiian and get less toppings than I have ever seen on any pizza, it. IS. DONE. I have had problems with every location, not just this one. Run, don’t walk.

This store has gone from great to horrible in the last few months, it appears the management has changed so I have revised my prior review. I placed a delivery order online the eve of Monday 1/30 at 9:50 PM, it was accepted and I received both an order confirmation email and a text, both with order tracking links. The link in email kept showing pizza out of oven whereas the text link kept showing it hadn’t even made it to the oven. Niether updated until 10:40 PM when I gave up, 15 minutes past the estimated delivery time given to me. Store eventually closed at some point but no one extended the courtesy to inform me by phone or text that my order wasn’t going to get filled. I tried calling them twice. First attempt was answered but immediately hung up on me, next one went straight to a recording announcing the store was closed. This was my last order with them.

Service has suffered greatly since apparently under new management at this store. Have had numerous instances where they do not know how to interact nor have they been trained on how to communicate with customers. Even the manager does not seem to be aware of service and how to deal with the public, very lacking.
