Usually my food is perfectly fine but this time my fries were not!!! As u can see in the picture I put, my fries are not it! Who would want to eat these kind of fries!!! I could’ve waited a bit more longer for good quality fries not these leftover small burnt fries!!! The people who work there need to do better because I’m sure they wouldn’t want to get served these nasty burnt fries. Do better Wing Stop Employees!! I need my refund!!!

Poor customer service. I wasn’t greeted properly upon arrival the big guy at the cashier was talking to me w. Out even looking at me, he finally looked up I asked how was he doing & he seemed to lighten up a little. Paid for my food. Waited about 15 mins then the girl cooking my food put my bag to the side & tried to check the register to see if I paid when she CLEARLY see me pay when I came in! They all had attitudes like they got drafted to work there! Y’all put the applications in! You wanted to work here!

I was literally waiting for 10 minutes in the front for someone to take my order and no one ever came. Then as soon as start walking out they say a smart comment in spanish. Then they take an older ladies order that was behind me right away. So I walk back in and informed them I was waiting for a long time. And she acted like she didn’t understand me. Worst customer service. Miserable people. If you don’t like your job, find another one. The ladies in this picture and the man are so rude.

Place actually use to be decent but has steeply dropped in quality over the past year or so. Chicken is mostly overcooked and dry, and sizes of some of the wings are laughable. I mean look at these “boneless wings” compared to a regular drum! Definitely not worth a dollar for each of those “wings.” Go literally anywhere else and you’ll probably find better experience and quality.

Today is my birthday and I thought wing stop was a good option, I thought wrong. Spending almost $80 on wings is ridiculous as is but all the wings were dry a 10 piece only came with 9 wings didn’t ask for all drums on an order but that’s what I ended up getting. All the wings were over cooked and tasted dusty. Very disappointed. I guess happy birthday to me. Thanks for nothing
