This place is a great example of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. It’s clearly under new ownership. Higher prices, smaller quantities, different menu and logo. This place used to have the best poke bowls. The best rice taste and quality. Hefty quantities for relatively little. Now, the quantities are much less and they charge more for extra toppings. We used to go multiple times a week. The food is still as good but lower quantities and higher prices.. I saw another comment say they hadn’t increased prices since pre pandemic but I’d been going for 3 years and they had raised them a little over time so I’m not too sure. I hope things will improve as the new owners get the hang of things !

Spoiled fish! Ordered a poke bowl with two scoops of salmon and one of the toro. The toro was spoiled, rotten and tasted sour. I couldn’t eat the rest of the bowl after that. I called the place and the guy who answered the phone cowardly placed me on hold only to have his coworker come on the phone, while he instructs her what to say in the background, to force an “ok, m’am” response to every question that I asked, ie, “Do you know that your toro is spoiled?” “Ok, m’am”. “What are you going to do about it?” “Ok, m’am”. Ultimately, I told them that I was going to report them to the health department, and of course they replied, “Ok, m’am”. They eventually tried to rectify the issue when they called back about an half hour later and offered me a “50% discount”. On what? A future order? GTFOH. Don’t risk food poisoning and go somewhere else.
