I was overcharged $3 for a platter. The seafood platter cost $12.99 on the poster but they charge me $15.99. I complain to the lady at the front but NO refund was given. They so no sign of apology or offer to give me anything in exchange.

The fried chicken is decent but not as good as when they were in the store on Washington Avenue in South Beach. The sides are absolute trash. They literally should not attempt to sell any sides. The biscuits were misshapen and dry, to the point when picked up with a tong, they crumbled to dust. PASS.

Came here today for the first time and Bobby the owner was very friendly and the staff was very attentive and had a great attitude (even at such a late hour). As for the food, wow!!! The chicken was on point… juicy, tender, fresh and falls off the bone. They really care about their customers, not only did Bobby check to see if I was pleased with the food, the staff did as well and with a warm smile. I will definitely be back and will tell my friends all about it. Support this local business, yes it’s a big chain but they are owned and operated by a hard working individual that is a franchisee.

Best chicken spot in Miami. Hands down. I usually get the chicken strips, with rice and beans or the Mac & cheese. There Honey mustard sauce is on another level I recommend that as well. The chicken drums are good too.

I waited for 50 min for my order. They didn’t say anything while I waited. When I asked for an update 40 min in they said they still waiting on fries. This is supposed to be fast foods. Keep your expectations reasonable or make your waiting times clear. Your team didn’t even apologize for the wait.
