CLUCK!!! CLUCK!!! CLUCK Worth every bang for the BUCK!!! I enjoy other fast food chicken franchises!!! However Zaxby’s has its own unique style of its own!! From a variety of salads, plus fried pickles, chicken breast, chicken fingers, dozens of special sauces and sweet tea! Don’t forget the cookies!! and I always get that good extra special seasoning on the fries!! I love this location!! It’s alway fast, friendly and great service!! You’ll love and go back. I do!:))

I asked for extra fried onions for my Cobb salad and I was told it was 0.25 cents. I was okay with it even if I ate my salad this way for years and never been charged for it. When I received my receipt I saw that I was charged for an extra Zaxbys sauce and not the onions because why? Such charge doesn’t exist. Why make your customers pay for something you technically charge for. This looks horrible on your brand.

I ordered the loaded chicken bacon ranch fries and it literally made me sick. The chicken tender (yes, chicken tender as it was only 1 that was “cut up”) were overcooked, hard and cold. They literally just threw the ingredients into the box as it was ranch on the outside of the box. There was sauce from another customers order on my receipt. I will NEVER come to this location again. It was absolutely horrible. Don’t have your manager contact me; just give me my money back smh. If you can’t do that, that’s okay. I’m not coming back anyway.

Zaxby’s is a regular for my family. It’s one of the few places we go to for decent food with no time to cook. They are reasonably efficient with service. The food is usually good. Just know you have to always check your order. 9 times out of 10, they get it right. It’s that 1 time you don’t check because you’re used to it being right that will ruin your moment. Sometimes, I’ll receive leftover pieces that are not the normal quality. It’s not as good as Chick-fil-A but better than most others.
