Went to cook out this evening for a quick dinner. Upon opening my tray I unwrapped my burger and ate it. I went to unwrap what I thought was a chicken quest and found the image attached. Whatever this is was in my tray with a bite taken out of it! The young ladies at the window when I talked to them said they didn’t even serve it. The manager gave us a refund but I will definitely not be back!

I’ve been trusting this location to get me through the line quickly at lunchtime for the last 2 years and they have been doing a stellar job with that. However in the last couple of months there have been some personnel changes and the people there now are not friendly or personable like the old staff. They are average fast food workers. I have to repeat myself and correct my orders at the window more often and I can’t remember the last time someone said “My pleasure”. I miss the old staff, please hire friendlier people.
