I had to place my order through doordash even though I’m 2.8 miles away from this location but that wasn’t an issue. I ordered a pizza and garlic knots and somehow from this Papa John’s location to my house, the garlic knots came up missing via doordash delivery. We called this location, the young man who personally packed my order ended up answering the phone and confirmed that he did bag the garlic knots along with the pizza. Even at no fault of his own or this location, he went ahead and sent us another fresh batch of garlic knots & even gave us a courtesy call to let us know that it was on the way. The garlic knots arrived warm and in a timely manner. Superb customer service. I regret not getting the man’s name but this took place the night of Fri 1/20/23 around 11pm. Awesome staff and great customer care!

The employees here are very nice and polite. However, I feel they are very understaffed because although my pizza was ready, the delivery time was over an hour! I called and offered to pick it up instead, and they said that would be fine, continuing to profusely apologize, The pizza I received was still delicious and I have ordered from there multiple more times without issue. They are always courteous and accommodating. I am just careful now when I order on Friday nights. Everyone must have the same idea and be sick of cooking by Friday and just want a pizza!
