The restaurant was dirty and the food was the worst we have ever had. The rice was old, lo mein was sticky, chicken on a stick was dried up and the stench of the food was nasty. Everything tasted old and seemed like it was cooked in old oil. The health certificate was from 2020. They get one star for returning our money.
