The chef makes amazing bento! I tried the Hire Katsu Bento (Pork Tenderloin Katsu) from the August Monthly Special Menu. The bento came with rice, salad, and side dishes. Each component of the dish went well together and had great flavor. The katsu was juicy and crispy, and the portions were filling and certainly worth the price!

Decided to venture out into the city during our 5 hour layover (kids in tow) for lunch. This place hit the spot for lunch. The guy at the counter was super helpful. I personally really liked their pan friend king salmon.

I have traveled the world and tonight I had the greatest dining experience of my life. We had a special chef’s table with my family tonight. The food was exquisite and the owners we fabulous hosts. This was a bucket list moment with the most fantastic meal of my life. You owe it to yourself to dine a Sho’d Kitchen.
