Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a Dunkin and I go every single morning for the past 2-3 years and the bacon was raw at this location didn’t even realize so when I ate it I could tell it was still raw and the bagels were rock solid and tasted like they were on the shelf for a few days.. only thing that was good was the donut and nothing even needs to be done for that to be sold.. This location needs to get it together. And get more staff.

The ladies at this location were so nice! The storm caused the power to go out so I had to wait a few minutes and they gave me a large drink instead of a medium and it was so good! Most Dunkin’s don’t let me add an extra scoop of matcha to my drink but they did and it was perfect.

Duhh Its The Julmeus Family!!!!
Every time I go to dunkin donut I also have an issue with my order. One time they gave me a half muffin halft bagels when I clearly asked for a plain bagels with cream cheese. The sad part about they bad service is that there’s no way for you to report these and get any results. If you already leave the drive thru like myself that have to get to work then you screw up with they mistake when they mess your order up. Every time I report they terrible service, I never receive any updates with them trying to make anything up.

Disgusting. I got a jiggly bag of fat for my snacking bacon, and 2 cups of watery disgustingness that wasn’t close to coffee, one iced and one hot. And that was after being barked at that we started to order in the drive thru but the guy needed a moment. Glad I will never have to go here again. If you’re driving by on I4 just save yourself the headache and go to Starbucks across the street. Ugh!
