Ordered 20 minutes ago and came to pick up but the order was not ready, line is long, and female employee on the desk was sassy saying that I need to stay on the line even after i told her that i alrwady ordered 20 mins ago. When I asked her why my order was not ready she said thay I can leave. Never coming to this place again.

Horrible!! The restaurant was dirty, really dirty. I was there to get a birthday cake and 7 large blizzards. I chose the cake and got in the line, where I stood for 15 mins! No one was helped. The employees were all over the place, looked busy but not actually accomplishing anything. I don’t mean to sound harsh but it was so chaotic and everything from the door into the restaurant, every surface in the restaurant and the door to exit were sticky and for lack of a better word “icky”. They need more employees during the busy times!!

Every time I come here, they seem to mess up my order. They also love to hand over ice cream thats messy and dripping all over the place. Maybe they don’t mind ice cream all over their cars, but I prefer not to have it all over mine. I’ve also previously called after numerous mistakes and asked for them to send me a simple coupon for a free meal or something to justify it and they said they would just write my name down and I could tell them the next time I came in.

Fast, friendly blizzard service no place like it. Ordered via the app, and it seems like they don’t really look for the orders from the app. It seems like they only find it when I arrive. I ordered asap and was there after the stated time. Perhaps if you scheduled a time further out, it would be ready when you arrive. Fortunately, they were not busy inside.

Came to grab a cake quick at 4:40 and the doors were locked (door says hours are until 5pm). Someone popped their head out and said they close at 5pm… Only saw one car in the parking lot so we assumed they were just understaffed but there were at least 3 employees inside when we came through the drive through… Poor decision making by whoever was making the shift decisions as my wife noticed there were people already in the lobby hanging out when we were in the drive-up.
