Did online order no problem. Ordered several times no issue.this time took several calls,and almost 2hrlater still have the wrong food all of it .no sauce on the “hot wings”20. wrong pizza.wrong sodas.and no sub’s or fries. They ststed gad wrong pizzas in the order but never called to sat anytging we had to call.but didn’t call to explain the delay. Wrong drinks .wrong pizza and they said on the phone we get a discount didn’t even g et a receipt .horrible experience

This is the most terrible pizza I have ever ordered from Grandma’s Pizza. I ordered well done Hope being it would be nice and crispy, and you will be able to tell from the video that it is far from that. It is so doughy, that you can’t even eat it. And when I called and asked for it to be replaced I was told no that they would not replace it, and that she knows for a fact that every pizza coming out of her oven was well done. Well this video will show you different. And to be spoken to like that from an employee of a restaurant that’s supposed to be customer driven is ridiculous. And they will never see another dime of my money ever again.

DoorDash was used to order Grandma’s one of the locations they picked to deliver sent a mosquito baked pizza and we did not order that. The mosquito is baked in the cheese his legs and crispy burnt to the mozzarella. Not only is the sauce just a can of tomato paste smeared on the crust but bug on one half was not the order. All locations get a bad review since the receipt does not illustrate location that has mosquito pizza on the menu

Website makes you order through a third party app called Slice. We ordered three pizzas and only received two. I was charged for all three and called Grandma’s Pizza. Both women I spoke to were extremely rude and obnoxious and told me I would have to call Slice. I’m fine with that but they had no reason to be so rude. The two pizzas that we received were just ok but not anything special. I will not ever order from them again. I was ordering for 6-8 people this time but I own two businesses and order pizza regularly for around 40 employees but it won’t be from Grandma’s.

This isn’t a good review because I ordered a pizza and 4 super subs with double meat what I got was 4 super veggies sub with little to no meat at all I didn’t get what I ordered and it’s not the 1st or 2nd time it’s happened and they were told about it every time did I mention the pizza dough was not done

This business has used my personal phone number to open cable and/or internet service and have refused to correct it since 12/14/2020. I constantly receive communication from Spectrum for their services. Spectrum states only this business can change the phone number and they have yet to put in the effort. I would beware of providing any personal information to this business including your phone number. I am pursuing harassment charges next if not fixed immediately. If they cannot make a simple phone call, I question their entire business ethics and what ingredients they put in their product.
