Everything about this restaurant was awesome. The food was the best I’ve had in a while. Staff is very friendly. The fryed pork chops with gravy, mac’n cheese and butter beans was excellent. The food was so good i bought 2 more plate before i left. Also the Lemon cake was the greatest. Everytime I have an appointment in Meridian i will go there & eat.

Awesome Home cooked southern feast! Great little hidden gem. Half mile off interstate. Amazing food. Had beef tail.stew with potatoes, greens, and OMG cornbread dressing so moist! Very clean. The owner Was SUPER NICE. This place is well run and we will be back anytime passing thru again! Good job Southern Fryers!

I’m in here regularly. Like most weekdays. Taste like home cooking. DO NOT add salt and pepper until you taste it. So, if you have the habit of salting your food before tasting it, you’re about to mess up. It’s already seasoned like homecooking.

I will definitely be coming back! The food is great, good portions, and a friendly staff. The owner is respectful and checks on his customers himself, which you don’t see that anymore. Recommend for everyone! Quick enough to get it on your lunch break as well.
