We chose to try Wendy’s for lunch today. I used their phone app for convience and to earn points that we can use for future puchases. The drive through was pretty busy but the line moved swiftly. We ordered the Taco salads with all the trimmings. This was a very good lunch and something that we would order again, their half and half sweet tea was also good.

The lady that was working I didn’t get her name but it was today just a Lil over two hrs ago. She was fast, nice, very polite and didn’t care to go that extra mile to help someone out you don’t get that or see that now days. She needs a raise I think. Went here twice in the last two weeks. Ordered a baconator with no ketchup, got home only to find it was a single patty with everything on it, and no bacon. I go back today to give it another shot. Ordered the same exact thing, checked my food this time only to find ketchup on it after asking for none. I went back around and the drive through guy was rude, actually refused to say a word to me, and took back the burger I searched through with my hands I guess to give to someone else. No sorry, no hello, nothing. Didn’t say a word to me the coward that he is. Next time trying saying something then maybe you’ll figure out how to make a burger instead of cutting people off at the drive through because you can’t stand your job. Really smart, and caring people here, NOT. I would assume that Sydney below me had the same experience. I get you guys work hard, SO DO I. I won’t be back ever at that particular Wendy’s.

That “Open until 1:00 a.m.” sign is an absolute lie. 12:30 on a Saturday night, just wanted some nugs and a frosty. All the lights are on, sat at the intercom for 5 minutes. Not even a simple “Sorry we’re closed”. I was either completely ignored or they’re not open so, false advertising.

Absolutely hands down best staff. Manager was freakin unbelievable with service. Place was so clean. Food was hot and ready under a min. Fries was fresh. Everyone catered to us. Drive thru pushing by. Just really enjoyed the environment we sat and ate in didn’t feel like fast food.

bought an order yesterday five double hamburgers. I got them home and it was five double hamburgers with everything on it. I tried to call the store no one answered, so I was like screw it I’ll go by tomorrow after work and try to exchange the burgers. I figure what difference does a day make they’re going to throw them away anyway.
