Walking in, it was a little cloudy so to speak. I approached the counter and was greeted by almost everyone of the staff who saw me walk in. They took my order, handed me my cup. As I turned to look to fill my cup, indeed the entire store looked like it was full of smoke but it did not smell like anything was burning. By the time I filled my drink, my food was ready. I sat and ate, trying to figure out where the smoke was coming from. The place looked as it could have been swept and mopped but it also could’ve been the cloudiness that made it look dirty. The drive thru had some pot holes, which had the bags of gravel to fill them but the bags were in the holes acting as the filler instead of filling in the holes correctly. This gave obstacles for vehicles to watch out for.

The restaurant was very clean and the fried Chicken was absolutely delicious. I don’t really like their biscuits but I’m very picky because I like homemade biscuits. But the employees were very nice and the customer service was outstanding.

Worst KFC. I have tried it three times and there is zero improvement. Each time the chicken is soft and soggy, often with no skin or coating. I asked for fresh this time as the previous times were stale and soggy. Again, I got stale and soggy. Go to Smithfield’s instead…..yes you won’t have 11 herbs and spices, but at least the chicken is coated and fresh. UPDATE Tried it one more time…spicy chicken sandwich. Same price point as Popeyes…small chicken fillet dripping with grease….it oozed out….had a pool on it and the bun was grease soaked. Soggy….they do not know how to fry here.

The people that work there have to be braindead, I asked to do 2 orders in the drive thru while nobody else was in the building and they said they were too busy to do it. I went in to order 2 famous bowls and they gave us 2 pot pies. 2 braincells between the entire staff in the building.

The food is always good at this location. Prices are fair because of the up cost and inflation. The service was quick and friendly. Atmosphere I rated low only because I went through the drive-through And they have a large hole right before the window so you kind of get stuck. So overall rating is great cause I don’t mind the drive-through.

I ordered crispy chicken and it was so soggy and not crispy at all the chicken did not taste fresh I was quite disappointed especially being it’s been there for so many years and one of the best places we used to eat at. I hope they get it back together. My chicken pot pie tasted old and I was quite disappointed. It’s a lot of money to pay for something that was soggy and old tasting. The best thing about it which I will say was delicious was the Apple pies.
