staff needs to pay more attention to their orders. i just placed a drive thru order for a sausage egg and cheese on english muffin. they repeated the order correctly, but when I got home there was no sausage on the sandwich. i also tried calling the store but no one answers and no voicemail options.

Let’s not kid ourselves here it’s just Dunks, but the service is always great. It’s definitely my favorite one in the area. There are 2 others closer to my house, but I’m here most days because they never get my order wrong, and even when there’s a line at the drive thru it moves; unlike the alternative location.
