Extremely slow service.. we ordered to-go for a milkshake, 2 splashers and an order of fries. It took them about 30mns to get it to us and there were hardly 2 tables occupied. They forgot to put a lid on the milkshake. We requested for a lid and the server never bothered to bring it. Customer service could be much better. Taste of the splashers was refreshing .

Our server was SO patient, helpful, and nice. The food was SO good, and there were lots of new items that it was hard to choose. The blueberry and ricotta french toast was the best but could use a bit more ricotta.

Best service ever . Everything was served promptly. He came by before food was served to make sure we had any extra condiments that we might need with our meal including extra napkins before we even asked and all our meals were perfect. So good i forgot to take photos sorry everyone. Next time .

Nice clean IHOP, when you just want some grub after the entire town of SM has closed up this is your go-to place! Driving through town? easy on off access to 35 with gas right nextdoor. Clean, professional staff, good cooks as of this review.

The restaurant is new and very nice. Our server was friendly and professional during our visit. She was great to talk with and she took great care of us. Would recommend coming to this location. Will definitely go back to eat as the food was good and the service was great.

I have no idea how this place could be getting decent ratings. I ate there today at 9AM. My spouse got eggs benedict, which were stone cold. The English muffins were not toasted AT ALL. I ordered eggs over medium and they were over easy (but warm)…pancakes that were not room temperature, but cold as if they had come out of the fridge. Bacon was very good flavored, but way undercooked. Hash browns…OK. The coffee was old and burned-tasting. I got apple juice, which was awful and tasted as if it had been made from a powder. Server did a good job. This was our first, and last visit.

Food and service was really tasty and good. Maybe it is my age, but paying 19.33 for a patty melt, onion rings and a glass of sweet tea is crazy. The food was tasty and great atmosphere as i said. Just highly overpriced.

We had swore off IHOP for a while and recently tried this one off Centerpointe. We were blown away by their customer service. The wait staff has been amazing, especially Clint, he was great! The manager Carol also went above and beyond when we thought we left my daughter’s purse here, to help us find it.
