Nice meal. Not cheap and portions are not generous at that price, without any bread or amuse bouche, but the heirloom tomato salad was good and the 4 ounces steak delicious. Wine prices even more bonkers.

Flavors were there, but food came out in an oddly staggered manner for our large group. Part of our group ordered first, yet their food came out much later. As the waiters will explain, the dishes highlighted in grey are more individual meals, while the rest are more easily shared. Portions are on the smaller side, but prices are high (per the usual in Park City). Our favorites were the buffalo sirloin, short rib filled cheese, and peanut crusted salmon. Our waiter was very friendly. The ambiance of the restaurant definitely fit in with a ski lodge.

We were very pleased with our visit to Fletcher’s. Service was swift and attentive from the start, seated on time and immediately engaged by our server. Out waiter recommended the short rib grilled cheese,a melt-in-your-mouth affair, the meat so tender, offset with the perfect amount of arugula(as someone who is not a big arugula fan). Great NY Strip and ashi tuna stack with pure raw tuna. Reservations strongly recommended.

I was privileged to be a part of a large group attending Savor the Summit with Fletchers as our host. The evening was spectacular! The check in process was quick and immediately we were greeted with champagne and cocktails. The staff was so professional, courteous and helpful all evening! The tables were gorgeous, the flower centerpieces incredible! Appetizers were circulated continuously and were excellent. The shrimp and crab made the top of my list but everything was plentiful and delicious. Dinner was 5 courses and each was excellent and beautifully presented. Again to be noted was the attention and efficiency of the staff! There were heaters when the sun dropped down, it was hard to leave! Bravo to the chef, the wait staff and all those who dealt with the details! It Wasatch awesome evening!
