I would say the lunch special is a steal. You get a main entree with fried rice and an egg roll for under $9. The portion size is decent and they give you plenty of protein. The wait is typically under 5 mins and meals are consistent in taste.

I been going here for years. Very FAMILY owned and family oriented /friendly business. Not only is your order prepared on spot & also where you can see them cook it I think is awesome to say the least. Business is served whereas orders are taken accurately, cooked thoroughly. And they have really improved their timing which was their biggest mishaps for me. To sum it up. For the most part, it’s is no longer a long & and some of the times extremely long waiting period anymore . From my opinionated experiences. Truthfully the 15yrs or longer I’ve been coming to Rice Bowl. I’ve never heard a complaint, not a ☝ one til this very date of anyone having anything bad to say about this place
