I’m not a complainer however eating at Pizza Ranch in Hawarden Iowa the experience was disappointing. The lettuce on salad bar was brown smelled funny . My broasted chicken was not cooked pink and cold. It was busy and pizza choice was slim to none. I don’t mind paying for a buffet but this was not worth the price. Love Pizza Ranch’s I don’t think I can bring myself to eat at this location again. It could use a deep cleaning too .

We ordered chicken from Pizza Ranch to be delivered. When it wasn’t there after an hour and 15 minutes got called and they said no you said pickup. We said no we needed it delivered and all they did was argue with us and told us we had to pick it up and it was ready. Then in the background they begin to mock us and when I asked if that’s what they were doing it get real quiet and laughing. So my husband said he would pick it up if he could get fresh chicken because I’ve been sitting there a while. They said no and began to laugh again and hung up on us. We tried to call back three other times and then soon as they picked up her daughter voices they hung up on us. I have always love pizza ranch as of this moment I am done! I am making sure everyone I know around me does not go there either.

Thw sioux city location on floyed blvd is horrific!!! This place has gone absolutely downhill. I remember years ago having nothing short of thenbest family get together at pizza ranch but all of that has been reduced to a horrible, unprofessional heap of a dive.

Council bluffs iowa location will swindle you and your whole family out of your money. No food at the buffet, no plates or silverware in sight, no working arcade games and no answers from management. Horrible location and by the looks of the reviews it’s not the only one. Do yourselves a big favor and go someplace else with your family. This place shouldn’t even be open for business with the quality of service they provide. But here they are robbing anyone in the community who doesn’t know any better. This location used to be great but all i can say now is that Council Bluffs deserves better.

Hi there I am customer to pizza ranch for a couple of years today I came to one of your branch in Ankeny I really never think that this is how will be treated, here is what happened I am standing waiting for the line in the fun and games area to buys toys for kids so when came to the gentleman who work there there is two girls who by our sides and start talking to the guy over there so politely tell them both the customer and the employee that it’s my turn and kept ignoring me again I tell him sir is my turn but he kept going with the customer then when he saw arguing with him he told me talk to the manager when I went to the manager and came and then she talked I told her just kicking him out he is rude is this how you treat customer if this is how pizza ranch treats their customer I will never come back again and tell all my friends about this but I am sure this is not the corporate office value and I am sure this is not how pizza ranch responsible people please I need some feedback urgently otherwise I am going to complain so bad.

I love pizza ranch. The food, the buffet. Everything. & they really stepped up to the plate, in Harlan, when corona broke out, with delivery service. For some reason now, on line ordering & delivery service is no longer working on the on line web site? This has happened for the past month now. Normally no problems at all. & when I’ve called in & mentioned it, I’m continually told they’ll look in to it but never a resolution. Not to mention it takes longer than an hour, for delivery, for just an 8 piece box of chicken & potato wedges? & always an excuse when calling to find out why delivery is late

I was excited to bring my family who was visiting in town with 6 adults and 6 kids. I paid the buffet fee but had nothing to eat as I do not like salad! The only way to get a gluten free pizza as I have stomach issues was to order a hole pizza of which I would be the only one eating but I only wanted a slice. I do not like salad and was very disappointed! We will not becoming Back at this time

I called the Watertown, SD Pizza Ranch last night Friday October 2,2020 for a take out order and they told me my order would be done in 15 to 20 minutes. So I arrived 20 minutes after placing my order and of course it was not ready. It never is on a Friday night. So I stood and waited and waited and watched several take out orders being screwed up! And waited some more for my order. Finally after a half an hour they came out with my order and surprisingly it was right. Not so for the poor gentleman a head of me! They gave his order to someone else and had to remake his order.

Had a horrible experience at the Springfield, IL location. Went on-line, filled out their form & requested a call back. 1 week later no call back. Went back on-line & filled out a second form again requesting a call back. Waited 3 days with no call back. Called their customer service line. Was assured I would receive a call back within 24 hours. Never happened. Called a second time and was given the same assurance. Never happened. Called their corporate office and was assured the district manager would get back in touch with me. Never happened. I used to love this place, but turning in my Pizza Ranch card & I’ll go elsewhere.

We went to the pizza ranch in Maplewood, Minnesota. There were a lot of things they were out of. There wasn’t any salad. They were out of cactus bread. There wasn’t any chocolate ice cream. It was my grand daughter’s 10th birthday. She was disappointed with it as we were.
