This was a very clean store. Customer service was excellent. The food was par. Chicken tenders were good, but a touch on the dry side. Fries were a little subpar for my likes. Most of them overcooked. The biscuit was dry, bland and not flaky. Kind of wishing I would’ve went on and ate somewhere else. But the customer service was so good, I’d consider eating here again when I’m looking for something different.

Jamie was our cashier this morning, I hope she is or will be soon a shift leader. Such a delight to have met. Very sweet young lady. Now a days it’s hard to find a place with such pleasant employees, however this store is full of smiling faces and very good manners. I most definitely will be back when I am in the area and make sure to spread the word. Food was delicious, clean restaurant, which is also hard to find now a days. I would say Jamie and the rest of the staff all deserve raises. Thank you to the staff for making this a great dine in experience.

3 cars total in line. Waiting for over 5 minutes and you haven’t taken the order of the customer in front of me. A gentleman sitting in your lobby and both doors to enter your establishment are locked. So, I can’t come in and place my order either. It’s 3:24pm on a Saturday. Customer service isn’t servicing. If you’re traveling through the area..stop at Zaxby’s instead.

We were traveling from Florida to Tennessee and stopped here along the way. Originally from Ohio though. And I will tell you I have never seen such AMAZING hospitality. My husband and I were blown away with such great service. They knew their regulars and helped a 94 year old woman sit, order her meal, and brought it out to her. Everyone in this restaurant were beyond pleasant and welcoming. Keep up the great work.
