It was nice and clean, workers were polite and curtious and so glad I ordered over the phone though they were swamped the day I got there despite the snow flurries probably because it was a football game day and because their food is so good plus they are kind and except food stamps I go there at least once to twice a month! <3

Store closes at 9pm. I went in 8: 25. Guy was already cleaning up and everything was put away. They took my order. Male & female both clearly put out with having to drag everything out to make the pizza. I asked if this was a problem for them. Guy says they have to have all closed down and be off the clock by 9. Not fair to employees, who in turn are rude to customers.

So so sick of when I ask for extra of something i don’t get it. Like seriously. You are making pizza and it’s a simple request and not difficult. If I was an a hole I would make them open it back up and do what I asked but I’m not. I will say other than that the pizza is always done very quickly (maybe that’s why I don’t get my extra toppings) but they told me 45 minutes and it was done within 10 minutes.

They close 15 min early FYI. Typical lazy KC fashion… get so tired of this mentality. Drove 12 min to get here for a quick dinner option for my kids… nope! Some jackalope probably had a date with a doobie that was more important than holding down a basic job.
