Tried using the order ahead feature on the app, had to wait an additional 20 minutes past the scheduled time for my food. Food was great but what’s the point of having this in the app. It that tells you to go and pick up your food inside…..if I use this feature again , I will just pick it up through the drive through, that way they can’t make you wait.

Everything I try to order from Arby’s you have quit making. Maybe you should start updating your menu more often! Got a gift certificate to there but the things I like you no longer make.
