I visit this location on occasion and there’s usually an issue which I have overlooked because it’s the only pollo tropical nearby and the employees are teens but today I pulled up to the drive thru and I was received with “your order” I proceeded with my order and nothing but dead silence on their end. At this point by the initial tone and lack of response I knew the quality of food would be poor or as per usual missing items would follow. I drove off and will not be returning to this location. It’s always a disappointment.

If you can avoid this place do. We love Pollo Tropical but this location needs to learn from the rest for it to work better. It is very sad my husband even called corporate and there is not much improvement. This store will sell way more with better service. today I received a frozen product that is supposed to be HOT. I just went to the drive thru and asked for a well done chicken with fries. Instead I got an almost raw chicken with burned fries. Not sure what is happening to Pollo Tropical but the quality of the food and cooking has been deteriorating.

Its really a shame that the nearest pollo tropical to my house might be the worst location I’ve ever visited. Its never been one of the best since opening, but its now gotten worse, if that’s even possible. From poor quality of food (tasteless) to terrible service and never having any sauces. I order take out here maybe once and month and have never had an issue. For the first time when I got home my chicken was very undercooked/ parts still looked raw. I was upset and called customer service.( night time) by morning I received a call back my the manager Paola. She was very apologetic and told me I can go back and she will replace my whole order. When I arrived she was very nice and personally cooked my chicken to insure it was cooked correctly. The chicken was good and I was thankful for Paola’s help.

Went to Pollo tropical today I was told they had no chicken for a family meal. Of course I said that I would wait. The person taking the order was rude. And no one else was in line. So it was not busy . Btw once I paid, somehow they found chicken once I reached the second window of the drive thru. I love the food but the service is terrible.
