Went in on a Thursday afternoon around 2 PM and the place was empty… That should’ve been my first clue. I ordered the combo plate that consisted of two chicken tacos, rice and beans. I took my order to go without looking inside… Big mistake! When I got home, I realized that these were street tacos and not the crispy regular chicken tacos that you get when you order a combo. at minimum they should’ve asked if I wanted soft street tacos or the crunchy traditional‘s. To add insult to injury they didn’t even include any salsa! What Mexican restaurant does that? I was starving so I decided to eat some and to say that it was bland would be putting it mildly. Absolutely no flavor plus the soft shells. Never going back! Oh and the total was over $16 for a chicken taco combo plate!!!! Total rip off

We ordered rolled tacos, a quesadilla, the Poncho Burrito and bunuelos. The food was just okay. The quesadilla was a little too greasy and the burrito was too mushy.

Today was the Grand Opening and the food was delicious! I tried the surf and turf fries and I also got an Adobada taco. I get my stuff no sauces or Pico so my pics I’m sure don’t do the place justice. Very yummy.

Decided to try something new….Worst decision ever..Food was decent but this person was Rude AF…I didnt do anything out of ordinary she just didnt want to make any effort or be personable..Even tried to give me .99 cents when I couldnt find penny..Found one and she rolled her eyes..Service or, lack there of, is deciding factor to not return

Good is usually pretty good here, but too often my order is either taken down wrong or the service received is quite poor. I placed a phone order in today and picked it up and brought it home. Upon opening, they again got the order wrong so I called back to the store. The person i spoke to told me they’ll take down my name and number and next time I come in they’ll give me a free burrito, no offer or intent to correct the initial error at all. I feel like I’ve been pretty patient with this restaurant over the past couple years but at this point I won’t be visiting this business anymore.

Visiting SD for work, it was raining and cold. Panchos had my favorite dish, Menudo. I had a Pacifico in a bottle but they also offer 3 local beers on Tap. The staff is super friendly. Oh and they have a nice salsa bar.

Great food and service! The shrimp tacos were sooo good and the guacamole was freshly made and in a huge bowl. The rest in our group got the 3 tacos and they raved over them. Everything was delicious!
