Wish I could have had Domino’s I haven’t had it in a while. I wish I could have broke down hundred dollar bill. But I did have didn’t have the exact you needed or the five dollars. I wish I didn’t cancel, I didn’t want the driver waiting while I looked for the exact amount. I couldn’t use my card tonight to pay the rest until possibly tomorrow. I did have fourty dollars on me but then I must have dropped one of my twentys or something. I didn’t want to give the driver coins. Thank you.

Unprofessional service. The carside delivery man tells me that they have a glitch in their system so they can’t honor “delivery within 2 minutes or get a free pizza”, even though my pizza was delivered past 2 mins. Why (false) advertise when you don’t want to honor it? Apparently this store doesn’t give (or have) napkins, plates or red pepper/Parmesan cheese.

It was so busy!! Yet I was waited on immediately! Each person was busy either with a customer or preparing orders. I was extremely impressed with a young man who was busy doing everything! He had taken my order and then immediately started preparing. As the food was coming out of oven… he switched gears and started pulling out pizzas and cutting and boxing. He was nonstop!! Was smiling and chatting with other team members and making sure all was getting taken care of. I had order 3 pizzas and the bread curls and my family absolutely loved every piece!! This is the first time going to this Dominoes and will certainly be back! Oh and I asked for the young mans name and was told it was Jimmy! What a great asset to this establishment. I’ve been in business and retail and certainly know a great employee when I see one! Great job to all 4 team members that were working!

This place sucks. Online order took almost two hours. Driver showed up smelling like weed and forgot my soda. Went back to his car to get it and was gone another half hour. Called and the person on the phone didn’t care at all. Plus, look at their 5 star reviews. Left by bots.

Last time I ordered (a month or so ago) they accidentally forgot my sauce but they made sure to write it in their notes. I totally understand life happens so I wasnt really upset, my pizza was delicious. When I called in a order today Robby gave me my sauces that were owed and was very efficient in taking my order and delivering it all. Great service under new management!

The worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. Placed an order at 7:55 and was told it would be 23-33 minutes. Waited til 9:05 and decided to give a call to see what happened. I’ll leave out all the boring details but the person on the phone was very rude. He explained that he had lost a driver and was stuck with one. OK, I’m a reasonable person and things happen. No problem, when will the pizza be here? Is it still hot, or is it an hour or more old? He answers with “Uh, I don’t know, I guess I’ll have to check. I may have to remake it, because who cares about wasting food, right?” I was very confused, did this suddenly become my fault? I completely understand things happen, but to treat your customers like that is exactly how you get people to get frustrated and not want to ever come back.
