I went through the drive thru and placed my order. Before I left the property I checked my order and was missing part of it. I took my order in to show them. When I walked in I noticed the mat in front of the drink machine was packed full of dirt and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. The warmer doors were covered in grease. If this is what the public sees then what are they not seeing? This was at the Booneville Mississippi location.

The KFC in Booneville MS is great just check your order before you leave, we ordered the 8 ps bucket with coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and mack & cheese and got 2 potato’s instead of the Mack & cheese, other that that they are generally good with service and orders.
